Every year we participate in the American Cancer Society's Climb the Mountain Conquer Cancer Walk.
This year we will be adding Jake to this list of names we will be walking for.......As you know,
Jake was diagnosed with Cancer of the Thyroid which spread to other areas of his body very quickly.
Jake participated on this walk several times.
